Insolvency and Bankruptcy Reforms in India: 10 years after the IBC

XKDR Forum is pleased to announce a workshop on "Insolvency and Bankruptcy Reforms in India: 10 years after the IBC".

The IBC will have been operational for a decade in 2027. It is important and useful to step back and take a look at the changes that have occurred in this time. The workshop will play a role to pull a wider pool of researchers, from various disciplines who have been watching the law and its working on the ground. This will include economics, law, public policy, and practitioner perspectives.

The event is in-person only. Please reach out to outreach@xkdr.org for further details on registration if you are interested in attending.

Confirmed speakers at the workshop are marked in boldface.
